The American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life returns to Vista once more this July. The 24-hour event celebrates and supports survivors, caregivers, and those currently battling cancer.

Relay for Life of Vista will be held at Rancho Minerva Middle School and begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday, July 16 at 9 a.m., ending on Sunday, July 17 at 9 a.m. Teams of friends, families, and community members take turns walking around the track in recognition of the round-the-clock struggle to combat cancer. Teams are welcome to camp out for the entire event, or individuals can just come for the hours they’re available. Entertainment and activities will be held throughout the event, in addition to the special Opening Ceremony, Survivors Lap, Caregivers Lap, Luminaria Ceremony, and Closing Ceremony.
