Melissa’s Strawberry Salsa
- 1 ½ pounds of strawberries
- 3 spring onions
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 large jalapeño
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Chop the ingredients finely or use a salsa maker, if you have one.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
- Pair with chips or as a garnish for lamb, chicken, or an egg omelet.
